Fatigue Awareness
Managing your energy and monitoring fatigue levels are two incredibly important skills for security guards – especially on the night shift. In this course, you will learn how to monitor yourself and your team for signs of fatigue, and learn strategies to manage it to prevent errors, safety risks, and fatigue-related injuries. This interactive, online course uses scenario-based training to illustrate what fatigue looks like at work, what risks and injuries can occur as a result, and what practical steps you can take to manage fatigue levels and prevent incidents before they occur.
