Violence and Harassment Prevention in the Workplace
In your earlier training, you learned how to respond to incidents after the fact. But a true professional learns how to minimize and prevent incidents before they ever occur. In the Respectful Workplace course, you will learn how to reduce and even prevent incidents of bullying, harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence. You’ll also learn how to foster a culture of inclusion in your workplace, where employees feel not only tolerated, but also welcome and respected. This course provides awareness-level content that meets employers’ legislated and regulatory requirements for respectful workplace training.
