Mental Health Awareness & De-Escalation Online Training
Security guards deal with members of the public every day, and it’s likely you will encounter some challenging behaviours. In this expert-designed course, you will learn the same tactics and strategies taught to Canadian police forces in de-escalating conflict and managing mental health concerns. You’ll gain the knowledge and skills to identify someone who is having a mental health concern, improve your interactions with them, and de-escalation conflict situations effectively. This course will be an invaluable asset in helping you handle challenging interactions with skill and confidence.
